VGKami (vgkami.com) is operated by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076), based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.
This policy applies to every payment made to Yorker Media for listings, numbered places on our lists, featured places, brand pages, editorial reviews and other placements on VGKami, whether you pay by card (through Dodo Payments), bank transfer or PayPal.
1. Before your placement is live
- You can cancel at any time before we publish, and you get a full refund.
- If we can’t publish what we agreed, you get a full refund.
2. After your placement is live
- After a placement is live, no refunds. If you ask us to remove it, we remove it; there is no refund for the time it was live.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from the link in your Dodo Payments receipt or your VGKami account; the plan stops at the end of the period you paid for, and we do not charge you again.
- One exception: if we take a monthly or yearly placement down for a reason on our side before its paid period ends, we refund the unused part.
3. Wrong or double charges
If you were charged twice, or more than the agreed price, we refund the extra amount in full.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your receipt or invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
5. How you get your money back
- Refunds go back the way you paid: card payments to the same card, bank transfers to the account that paid, PayPal payments to the same PayPal account.
- We send an approved refund within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to show it.
- Card payments are refunded in full. For bank transfers and PayPal we refund the amount we received; fees your bank or PayPal took cannot be returned.
6. Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we remove the placement.
