Today, The Pokémon Company announced an anticipated event coming up this month—Pokémon Presents—which will focus on updates for several Pokémon apps and video games. This includes the upcoming titles, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

This upcoming Pokémon Presents livestream will be taking place this Wednesday, on August 3. Though they did not specify every game that would be covered, we can expect to see news on Pokémon GO, Pokémon Unite, and the upcoming Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

This livestream will take place at the following times, depending on your location:

  • 6AM PT
  • 8AM CT
  • 9AM ET
  • 2PM BST
  • 3PM CET
  • 10PM JST

According to Serebii.net, a news database of Pokémon experts, this event will run for around 20 minutes. Most likely, you can expect to see Pokémon Scarlet and Violet at the very beginning or end of the livestream. Fans are most excited to discover more about the upcoming games, so these will be the feature event during the livestream.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet were first announced back in February this year. We got a look at the starter Pokémon as well as some brief glimpses into the game’s open world. But as that isn’t much to go on, and the games are set to release later this year, fans have been anxiously awaiting more information.

If this is something that excites you, Serebii has also confirmed that the Pokémon Company Japan will be airing a live “Pokémon Watch Party” before the livestream on August 3. During this watch party, they will discuss upcoming information.
