Bell bearings in Elden Ring expand the Twin Maiden Husks’ inventory. These will make them sell a wide range of new items to you. These includes crafting materials, spells, armaments, ashes of war, and upgrade materials, among many others.

    What You Need to Know About Bell Bearings

    There are over 52 bell bearings in Elden Ring that you can pick up and give to the Twin Maiden Husks. Some of these are picked up, while some are looted directly from other NPCs and merchants after you kill them.

    Killing other merchants to obtain their bell bearings can be ideal, as it allows you to purchase most of the items you’ll need from one merchant.

    A few bell bearings carry over to New Game +. Upon giving these to the Twin Maiden Husks, the items carried by these bell bearings will continue to become available on subsequent playthroughs. The ones that carry over include:

    Corhyn’s Bell Bearing

    The Tarnished standing in front of Brother Cohryn.

    You obtain the bell bearing from Brother Cohryn. You can either kill him when you find him in Altus Plateau, or you can pick it up from the last location you find him in once you return to Leyndell after going through Crumbling Farum Azula.

    His first location in Altus Plateau is north of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace, next to the pillar that holds a map.

    Cohryn mainly sells incantations, which are the following:

    Obtained from D. D will eventually die once the Erdtree burns. You’ll then find his bell bearing in the Roundtable Hold where you usually find him. He’ll also die once you give him the Weathered Dagger as you progress Fia’s questline.

    Obtained upon killing Pastor of Vow Miriel at the Church of Vows. It’s located on a plateau southwest of the Minor Erdtree, Eastern Liurnia. You can also use the teleporter in Raya Lucaria, in a balcony to the right after you cross the staircase where a massive ball drops and rolls on you.

    With Miriel’s bell bearing, the Twin Maiden Husks make the following Sorcery and Incantation spells available:

    Sellen’s Bell Bearing

    Before killing her, you must talk with her in the cellar of Waypoint Ruins, located on a hill east of Agheel Lake in Limgrave.

    The bell bearing is in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. Start from the Haligtree Roots Site of Grace. Return to the elevator before this area to return to the church above. Exit the church and make a left.

    The area is littered with multiple Kindred of Rot enemies. A few of them on the lower ground further northwest surround a grave that has an item on it. This item is the bell bearing you’re looking for.

    This can be found in Crumbling Farum Azula. Start from the Tempest-Facing Balcony, go around and enter the structure behind you. Keep going forward and head towards the opposite exit where you’ll find an elevator. Take it to proceed to the area below.

    Once you’re at the bottom, walk forward and look over to your left and you’ll spot a gazebo beyond a pond. Head to this gazebo to find the bell bearing.
