Key Takeaway

  • The first medallion is under the platform where you find the blue note.
  • On the same platform where the note is, continue to the end of the walkway and look to the upper right to find the note.
  • Return to the other end of the same walkway, then look a bit to the left to find another medallion hanging from a cliff.
  • From the previous medallion, look down and you’ll find the last medallion hanging from a scaffolding.

Blue Medallions 1 is a task that fans are familiar with from the base game—it returns in Resident Evil 4 Remake – Separate Ways. The merchant wants you to get rid of them again! You find the first set of Blue Medallions in this DLC within Chapter 2.

Table Of Contents

    Eradicate the Blue Medallions Note

As you make it through Chapter 2, you’ll eventually reach the part of the Cliffside area where you’ll be blocked off by a gate you can open by solving a dial puzzle. Turn around from here and grapple onto the higher platform ahead. You’ll find the note on the wooden pole to your right.

Take note that it’s not necessary to pick up the note (Blue Medallions 1) to complete this Merchant Request. However, if you do pick up the note, the locations of the medallions will appear on your map.

    Blue Medallion #1

Ada aiming at a Blue Medallion in the Cliffside area.

You can easily spot the first medallion even before picking up the note for this request. While you’re on the cliff where the locked door is, turn around and face the platform where the blue note is located. You’ll find the medallion hanging under the platform.

    Blue Medallion #2

Ada aiming at a Blue Medallion in the Cliffside.

Get to the platform where the note is located. Continue forward until you reach this walkway’s end. Kill the enemy that’s standing here facing away from you if you must. At the end of this platform, look to your upper right and you’ll find a medallion hanging from the cliff.

    Blue Medallion #3

Ada aiming at a Blue Medallion in the Cliffside, with the medallion highlighted by a red circle.

Turn around and return to the other end of this walkway. Instead of grappling to the cliff ahead, look a little bit to your left and you’ll find another blue medallion hanging from a cliff.

    Blue Medallion #4

Ada aiming at a Blue Medallion in the Cliffside, with the medallion highlighted by a red circle.

While aiming at where the second Blue Medallion was, start looking down and you’ll find a line of ruined walkways on the side of the cliff. You’ll find the fourth and last Blue Medallion here, hanging from a scaffolding.

    Eradicate the Blue Medallions Reward

After destroying all four Blue Medallions in the Cliffside, all that’s left to do is to progress ahead until you find the merchant. You’ll encounter him for the first time near the church, on your way to the village area.

You’ll receive six Spinels for completing this request.
