Today, on July 18, PlayStation announced that soon, they will no longer be offering 1v1 support for gamers on Twitter. A reason for this change was not announced, though there are still other ways you can find support.
So far, PlayStation has offered us a way to contact them directly on Twitter with any issues we might be having. This has been the purpose of the Ask PlayStation Twitter page—the one which posted this new update today.
According to Ask PlayStation, PlayStation will no longer be offering this support starting on August 1, 2022.
Starting August 1st, 1-to-1 PlayStation Support via Twitter will no longer be available. To connect w/ PlayStation Support, visit https://t.co/XrvlucY4jr For support articles & self-help resources, visit https://t.co/RfTB4Wzxlp For support videos, visit https://t.co/9dKMRCgkY2

In their post, they’ve listed the other ways that we will still be able to find support in the future. They state that you will still be able to connect and speak with someone for support by going to the PlayStation Support page and scrolling to the bottom of the page. However, though at the top it instructs to “select ‘contact us’” at the bottom, no option seems to exist to do so at this time of writing.
If you’re more of a self-help person, you can either visit PlayStation’s other support page with helpful articles, or you can check out their YouTube channel that is full of different tutorials.
