- Open your menu by pushing “X”
- Select which Pokémon you want to teach an old move to
- Select “Check Summary”
- Tab over to the right on your d-pad or analog stick, to the section titled “Moves and Stats”
- Push “A”
- Select “Remember Moves”
- Choose which move you wish to have that Pokémon remember
This method can only be used to learn old moves, so don’t expect that you’ll be able to hop into this menu and teach your Pokémon advanced moves for its current level.
