How to Unlock Master Rank
Luckily, unlocking Master Rank in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is an easy task. Simply complete Sunbreak’s first mission, Uninvited Guest – Hunt a Daimyo Hermataur, and you will unlock Master Rank 1. Since Sunbreak has been integrated into the main game rather than added as a separate DLC, you’ll need to start Sunbreak’s first mission from within the base game.
