Bake a Cake
A lot of people love cakes, and Sims are no exception! For them, cakes are even more instrumental since they represent the most common way to age up a toddler. When the time comes for the toddler to turn into a child, the parent or even their older teenage sibling should bake a cake.
It doesn’t matter what type of cake it is. Once they finish baking the cake, they should place it in the middle of the kitchen desk or the kitchen counter. The next step is to click the cake, choose “Add Candles,” and pick the “Birthday Candles” option.
The final part is to go for the option “Help Blow Out Candles… [toddler’s name].” Some other options, such as “Make A Wish” or “Taste Frosting” have the same aging effect.
Alternatively, play as the toddler and choose the option “Candles Help… [adult Sim’s name].” In both cases, the older Sim will pick up the toddler and carry it toward the cake. The toddler will blow the candles and the Sim will put the toddler down. Once they do, the toddler ages up in a matter of moments.

The higher their skill level is, the easier it is for them to bake a good cake. As such, you won’t have to wait as long for the toddler to become a child.
Use the CAS
If baking the cake takes too long, it’s possible to use the CAS instead to age up a toddler. First, use the “Ctrl+Shift+C” keyboard combination. That opens a bar in the top-left corner of the screen.
Type testingcheats true into the bar and press Enter. This allows you to use cheats in the game. Next, enter cas.fulleditmode. Finally, hold Shift and click the Sim you want to alter in Create-a-Sim. In this case, click the toddler and the CAS will open up.
Once you’re in there, pick the option child in the age bar in the left-top corner. The toddler will transform into a child and you’ll see what they look like.
You have to pick their aspiration, though, before you return back to playing the game! The good news is that this option isn’t available only for toddlers, but for any life stage in the game.
Use a Mod (Spellcasters Only)
