Misha’s Next Chapter is a side quest in Octopath Traveler 2 that you can take on after you complete Chapter 4 of Partitio’s story. To initiate this quest, talk to the Misha inside Alrond’s Estate in Wellgrove, Leaflands. Alrond is sneaking out at night, so we need to investigate.

Find Out What Alrond’s Up To
After you accept the quest, head back into Wellgrove and change the time to Night. You’ll see a man standing to the left of the Department Store. This is the Strolling Man, and he’s got some interesting information about our guy. Use a Path Action such as Hikari’s Bribe, to get that information out of him.
We still need some more information. Switch the time to Day and you’ll find the Eager Townsperson standing in front of the Department Store. Use a Path Action on him to glean some information about a particular Garbage Collector.
Bring the information you’ve learned back to Misha in Alrond’s Estate.
