You need Silver-Clad Crystal Shards to improve Bile Flasks in Blasphemous 2. Once you have some, bring them to the Blood Upgrade room in the City of Blessed Name. The NPC within will increase the healing power of your Bile Flasks every time you hand over a Silver-Clad Crystal Shard.
Like other upgrade quest items, you need to find Silver-Clad Crystal Shards by exploring the world. They can be found in chests, through completing combat challenges, and more.
Thankfully, there’s only one NPC that you need to go to for all of your health-related needs. This same individual can also increases how many Bile Flasks you can carry if you bring them Empty Receptacles.
Where to Find the First Silver-Clad Crystal Shard
There’s a Silver-Clad Crystal Shard that’s easy to get after you gain the ability to double jump. In the City of Blessed Name, to the left of the Prie Dieu, there’s a ladder you can climb to reach a roof.
To the upper right of this roof, there’s a ledge with an open doorway. This doorway leads you into a room that contains a Silver-Clad Crystal Shard.
Grab it and bring it to the Blood Upgrade room to get better Bile Flasks. There’s also a Cherub to the right of the doorway—rescue the little fellow while you’re up there.
After you’ve upgraded your Bile Flasks at least once, you’re ready to head up to the Elevated Temples. This area is a fair deal harder than a lot of previous zones, so it’s vital to prepare accordingly. If you haven’t already, you should begin using Resonances for more power and equipping Rosary Beads for better defenses. Your foes won’t have mercy on you; therefore you should return the favor.
