In the southwestern area of the Street of Sages Ruins, you’ll find a tall and cramped building that contains two Poison Flowers. You’ll also notice a body slumped over a hole in the wall behind them that has an item you can loot. This item is the Meteorite Staff.

    Using the Meteorite Staff

The Meteorite Staff has an S Intelligence scaling, which makes it very powerful for sorcerers. As previously mentioned, this is also particularly great for Gravity sorceries. That’s because the staff has a passive effect that boosts Gravity spells by 30%.

The staff does have one glaring disadvantage, though. It cannot be upgraded.

That said, the Meteorite Staff is the best staff sorcery builds can use during the early game. However, it can easily be outpowered by other staffs once they’re upgraded to maximum level.

If you’re fond of using Gravity spells and you want to use another staff while also getting the benefit of the Meteorite Staff’s Gravity boost, there’s a way to do that. Simply equip the Meteorite Staff in your off-hand and fire your spells using another staff on your main hand. That way, you’ll have the power of an upgraded staff while also benefiting from the passive boost of the Meteorite Staff on your off-hand.
