Elden Ring: Where to Find the Dectus Medallions

The Dectus Medallions in use in Elden Ring.

The Dectus Medallions are two pieces of a whole that, once reformed, will operate the Grand Lift of Dectus in Elden Ring. Their use is optional, but it makes your trip easier as you complete your journey in the game.

The Grand Lift of Dectus will allow you to easily get to the Altus Plateau. This is the region where Leyndell, Royal Capital is situated and it is the home of the Erdtree.

The Dectus Medallion has two halves: The left medallion and the right medallion. Getting both of these is pretty straightforward, as long as you know exactly where you’re going.
