To finish the Ghost of our Love quest, it will help to understand what the map is saying.
The crescent moon over the forest on the upper left indicates the location of this quest and the time of day. This represents the Forbidden Forest and nighttime.
The rest of the map shows an entrance, a glowing wand, a bridge, and an arrow pointing to a pair of candles. The entrance refers to the entrance to the Forbidden Forest. There’s also a bridge southwest of the entrance, just like the map shows.
The glowing wand means you’ll need to cast Lumos as you’re approaching the bridge. This will cause a pair of candles to appear, which you must follow.
How to Find the Treasure
With that information, it’s time to finish the quest. First, fast travel to the Forbidden Forest Floo Flame. Turn around to spot the bridge. Approach the bridge with Lumos on and the candles will appear.
Once approached, the candles will fly away to the Forbidden Forest. The only thing to do here is to follow the candles. It will eventually lead you to a romantic picnic site in the middle of the forest. There’s a chest here that you can open. Opening this chest will earn you the reward and will complete the quest.
