Later in God of War Ragnarök, the Stags of the Seasons will scatter all around The Crater in Vanaheim. This favor will begin when you speak to Ratatoskr after completing the Scent of Survival favor.

Stag of Winter
Head to the Overgrown Tower Mystic Gateway in The Plains. Face east and you’ll immediately spot the Stag of Winter under a tree.
Stag of Autumn
You’ll find the Stag of Autumn in The Sinkholes, located in the same area as the Sinkholes Entrance Mystic Gateway.
Stag of Summer
Before seeking out the Stag of Summer, you’ll need to complete the Return of the River favor. Then, head to a Celestial Altar and set the time to day.
Make your way to the furthest northeastern dock in The Jungle. This will take you to the island where the two ogres that keep throwing boulders at you are. If you haven’t dealt with these ogres yet, now is the time to do that.
Head west, move the boulder to open up the path ahead, and zip to the other side. Push onwards from here and you’ll find the Stag of Summer.
Stag of Spring
To find the Stag of Spring, you’ll need to make your way to the Wishing Well in The Plains. You can easily get here by taking the entrance located at the northeastern section of The Jungle. First off, you’ll need to defeat the ogres that keep throwing boulders in your direction. If you’ve gone to the Stag of Spring beforehand, you’ll have sorted this problem out already.
Travel to the Jungle Entrance Mystic Gateway, head east, and zip over to the area across the river. Move forward until you spot a chain to the left. Pull the chain down to open the door next to it.
Enter the door and navigate through this cave. You’ll arrive at the Wishing Well once you reach the exit. You’ll immediately see the Stag of Spring if you look to the right.
