Knowing Callouts, especially in a map like Dust 2, is almost essential for CS:GO players. Callouts refer to various locations within a map. Knowing these will allow you to point out locations to your teammates in a speedy and understandable manner.

This is where Terrorists spawn at the beginning of a round.
T Plat

The area left of T Spawn that overlooks T Ramp and Outside Tunnels.
T Ramp

The ramp terrorists can take to get from the spawn area to Outside Tunnels. Counter-Terrorists can also take it to get to T Spawn from the tunnels.
Outside Tunnels

The area outside the tunnels from the Terrorist base.
Upper Tunnels

The upper area of the tunnels that leads to the B site.
Suicide

A narrow passageway from T Spawn to mid.
Right Side Mid

If a player heads to mid from the Counter-Terrorist base, the Right Side Mid is a corner area the player can use as cover from enemies in the T Spawn that may be watching out for the Suicide passageway.
Palm

The area in Mid under the telephone pole. It is named as such because there was once a palm tree where the telephone pole is now.
Catwalk

The narrow passageway that connects Mid and the A site.
Top Mid

An area that connects Outside Long to Mid and Catwalk.
Outside Long

The open space in between T Spawn and Long Doors.
Long Doors

Refers to the room with two open doors between Outside Long and Long Corner.
Blue

The large blue container outside Long Doors.
Long Corner

The open area outside Long Doors.
Side Pit

A small corner of Long Corner players can hold while awaiting enemies coming from Long Door.
Pit

A downward path beside the Side Pit.
Pit Plat

This is a narrow corner beside the Pit. From here, players can get a clear view of the A Site.
CT Spawn

This is where Counter-Terrorists spawn.
CT Mid

The open area outside the Counter-Terrorist base that leads to either the B site or Mid.
B Boxes

The boxes outside B Doors in CT Mid.
Scaffolding

An elevated platform located behind the B Window. It’s a great place players can use a sniping spot to shoot enemies in the B site, particularly in B Plat.
B Window

A small opening that leads to the B Site from CT Mid. From here, a player can drop directly to the B bomb planting site.
B Doors

The open doors that lead directly to the B site.
B Car

Refers to the car in the B site.
B Closet

The small and narrow corner south of the B Car. Players can hide here to open fire on enemies that are coming from the Upper Tunnels or the B Doors.
B Back Site

The area north of the B bomb site.
Double Stack

Refers to the tall box next to the B bomb site. Players can use this as a cover from enemies that are coming from the Upper Tunnels.
B Default Plant

This is where bombs are planted at the B site.
B Plat

The elevated platform next to the B bomb site. It provides a clear view of the tunnel opening.
Back Plat

The area at the back of the B Plat. There are boxes here players can use as a platform.
Big Box

Refers to the big box before the B Plat area.
Fence

Refers to the big closed gate in B site.
Mid Doors

The doors that lead to Mid from the Counter-Terrorist base.
Close Mid Doors

This refers to the narrow spot outside Mid Doors from the Counter-Terrorist base area.
Xbox

This refers to the box outside the Mid Doors. Players can hide this to hide from enemies that may be sniping at Mid from T Spawn.
Lower Tunnels

This refers to the lower area of the tunnel.
Short Boost

Refers to the pile of boxes outside the CT Spawn which players can use to get to the A Site quickly.
Elevator

This refers to the small corner under the A bomb site outside the CT Spawn.
A Cross

This open area connects A Long, A Ramp, and the path to CT Spawn.
A Car

Refers to the car in the A site.
A Long

This is the long and wide passageway between A site and Long Corner.
A Ramp

An inclined passageway north of A Cross that leads to the A bomb site.
Barrels

This refers to the two barrels at the top of A Ramp.
Goose

This refers to the wall that has a goose Grafitti north of the A bomb site.
A Default Plant

This is where bombs are planted at the A site.

Ninja

This refers to the corner behind the boxes in A Plat. Players can use this as a cover when fighting enemies that are in the A Site.
A Short

The narrow L passageway between Mid and the A Site.
Stairs

This refers to the short flight of stairs in A Short.
