To get the last Frozen Flame in God of War Ragnarök, you’ll need to obtain six Frozen Sparks. When all six are collected, they will combine to form a Frozen Flame. You can collect Frozen Sparks by closing Hel Tears. These appear in the world after the Reunion main quest.

You’ll find one Hel Tear during the Reunion main quest. Closing it will reward you with another Frozen Spark. This also kickstarts the Hel to Pay favor, which has you close all the remaining Hel Tears throughout the Nine Realms.

There’s one Hel Tear in the Aurvangar Wetlands in Svartalfheim. It’s on the beach next to the massive water wheel you turn when you entered Svartalfheim for the first time. You’ll find the Hel Tear against a wall on a higher ledge. Close the tear to earn a Frozen Spark.

You’ll find another Hel Tear in The Strond in Alfheim. From The Strond Mystic Gateway, head south and you’ll see the tear on the lower ground.

There’s a Hel Tear in The Southern Wilds in Vanaheim, found on the side of the path directly across the Mystic Gateway.
