After fighting the hordes of insects in the Cliffside Ruins, enter the dilapidated building nearby where there’s a hole in the ground with a ladder. Once you reach the hole in the ground, walk to its left and look over to the dark area ahead to find the first medallion.

Climb the ladder in the hole to head down. Continue onward until you reach the open area. Look up and you’ll find a medallion hanging from the broken ceiling.

Look over to the second window closest to the narrow walkway you previously walked on while sticking close to the wall. You will spot the next medallion ahead, hanging from a rock. This one can be tricky to spot unless you’re standing in the correct position.

Head back up and walk towards the building to the south. Look to your left and you’ll spot the next medallion among the scaffolding.

Look over to the building ahead and you’ll spot a tower to its right. Look up to the belfry and you’ll find the last blue medallion in the Cliffside Ruins: the last one in the game.
