At Opassa Beach, if you try to use the Astral Amulet, the dimensional gate won’t open. Sprigg suggests talking to Serge’s mother. Leave here and go to Arni Village.

Go to Serge’s house and talk to Marge, where you’ll learn some history about Serge’s father Wazuki, and Leena’s father Miguel. Afterward, Radius will come in and wonder if you’re the ones the villagers were talking about. He’ll see that you’re Lynx and will attack you.
Boss: Radius
Spoils: Summon Star #22, 8G, Heal
Payback, hehe. Just use your best attacks and elements.
After defeating him, he’ll realize that you’re not the real Lynx, and will join your party.
Radius suggests going to Termina to gather news. Leave Arni and head to Fossil Valley.
