There are over 38 weapons that you can collect in Nier Replicant, and finding 33 of them will grant you the game’s secret ending. Here’s every weapon in the game, and where you can find them.

One-handed Swords
One-handed swords are the fastest weapon Nier Replicant. In exchange, it also has some of the lowest damage any weapon can offer. You’re restricted to using only this type of weapon at the beginning of the game.
Nameless Blade
This is the weapon you begin the game with.
Lily Leaf Sword
You can purchase this from the Blacksmith in the Village for 2,400 gold.
Nirvana Dagger
You can find this in a box on the second floor of the Lost Shrine. It’s located near the staircase. You can easily spot this when you visit the Lost Shrine for the first time.
Moonrise
Given to you by a guard in the Southern Plains. You will encounter this guard when you head to the Seafront for the first time. He’ll be surrounded by shades and ask you to help him.
Rebirth
You’ll receive this weapon as a reward for completing the main quest in the Barren Temple.
Earth Wyrm’s Claw
Sold by the Blacksmith in Facade. You can purchase it for 8,400 gold.
Blade of Treachery
Located inside Emil’s mansion. You can pick it up from a box near the save point, just before the boss battle.
Beastbane
You can purchase this from the Blacksmith in the Village or the one in Seafront. It costs 16,800 gold.
Faith
Free all the villagers in the Forest of Myth by completing all the text adventure side quests during the first act. Alternatively, you can also purchase this from the Blacksmith in the Aerie for 18,000 gold.
Ancient Overlord
Given by the King of Facade during the second act. He’ll reward you with this weapon after you finish the main quest involving this area.
Phoenix Dagger
Sold by the Blacksmith in Seafront for 31,200 gold.
Labyrinth’s Whisper
Complete the “A Bridge in Peril” side quest to earn this weapon. You can access this quest on the second act. It is given by a guard in the Village.
Iron Pipe
The most straightforward way of earning this weapon is by completing Ending B. However, you can also earn this by completing “The Magical Stone” side quest. This quest becomes available after you collect all five Key Fragments. It can then be triggered by speaking to the Fortune Teller by the entrance to the Forest of Myth.
Fool’s Embrace
The Fool’s Embrace is a DLC weapon. You can acquire this by doing the World of Recycled Vessel DLC and getting through the fourth level of the first door.
Kainé’s Sword
You’ll acquire this sword from Kainé’s shack after you complete Ending E. It’s the only weapon that can only be acquired post-secret ending.
Virtuous Contract
Part of the YoRHa DLC set. Simply download the DLC to have this weapon. You don’t need to have this weapon in order to unlock the secret ending. This weapon is a nod to 2B from Nier Automata, as this was her starting weapon in that game.
Cruel Oath
Part of the YoRHa DLC set. Simply download the DLC to get this weapon. Like Virtuous Contract, you don’t need to have this weapon in order to unlock the secret ending. This weapon is a nod to 9S from Nier Automata, as this was his starting weapon in that game.
Two-handed Swords
Two-handed swords are the heaviest and most powerful weapon in the game. You can only gain access to them once you reach the game’s second act.
Kusanagi
You get this weapon automatically when you reach the game’s second act.
Axe of Beheading
You can purchase this weapon from the Blacksmith in the Village for 19,200 gold.
Fang of the Twins
Located in the basement of Emil’s mansion, which you can gain access to during the second act. It’s on the first floor of the basement, located inside a breakable crate that’s near the door that can be opened with the SA Keycard.
Vile Axe
You can purchase this from the Seafront Blacksmith for 21,600 gold.
Beastlord
Found on the topmost area of the Lost Shrine, located in a box just before the boss room, which is the same room you found Grimoire Weiss in the first act. You can only acquire this weapon during the game’s second act.
Iron Will
Gideon gifts this weapon to you during the second act.
Phoenix Sword
Found in a box in the first part of the Shadow Lord’s castle. It’s in the same room where you meet birds who give you riddles before you can proceed.
Labyrinth’s Song
This weapon is a reward for completing the “Disturbing the Sleep of Kings” side quest. You can only access this quest after you complete the “A Shade Entombed” quest, which will also only be available after you collect the Loyal Cerberus Key Fragment.
Fool’s Lament
The Fool’s Lament is a DLC weapon. You can earn this by beating the third level of the second door in the World of Recycled Vessel DLC.
Virtuous Treaty
Part of the YoRHa DLC set. You don’t need to have this weapon in order to unlock the secret ending.
Spears
Spears are not as fast as One-handed swords and not as powerful as Two-handed swords. However, they have the longest reach in the game and are most useful when fighting one enemy at a time. Every spear in the game comes with a lightning aura.
Transience
You automatically acquire this weapon at the beginning of Act 2.
Spear of the Usurper
This can be purchased from the Blacksmith in Seafront for 21,600 gold.
The Devil Queen
When heading to the Lost Shrine via the rear entrance during the second act, you’ll find this weapon in a box near a ladder.
Sunrise
You can purchase this from the Blacksmith in the Village or the Aerie for 21,600 gold.
Beastcurse
You can find this weapon in the Junk Heap during the second act. You can find it in a box in an area before a boss fight.
Captain’s Holy Spear
You can purchase it from the Blacksmith in Facade for 30,000 gold.
Dragoon Lance
Found in the Shadow Lord’s Castle. It’s hidden within a box just before a spiral staircase.
Phoenix Spear
You can purchase this weapon from the Blacksmith in Facade for 32,400 gold.
Labyrinth’s Shout
This is your reward for completing “The Damaged Map” side quest.
Fool’s Accord
This is a DLC weapon. You acquire this after completing the fourth level of the DLC’s third door.
Virtuous Dignity
Part of the YoRHa DLC set. Once again, you don’t need to have this weapon in order to unlock the secret ending.
