After you defeat a certain boss, you’ll be automatically transported to Leyndell, Capital of Ash Site of Grace. From here, move towards the center of the capital by heading south. Keep moving forward until you spot a massive open sewer gate.
Enter the sewer gate by carefully dropping onto the wooden platform. Then, jump down once more, but avoid the hole on the ground.
Look over the hole and you’ll find a narrow wooden beam you can land on. Carefully drop down and you’ll find a body slumped over the beam. Loot it and you’ll find the Crimson Amber Medallion +2.
