The Radagon Icon talisman is in Raya Lucaria Academy. You will find it in a chest on the second floor of the Debate Parlor. To get here from the Site of Grace, head north and, once you pass through the exit, make a hard right. Beyond the southern ledge, you’ll find a balcony you can jump onto.

Begin from the Prayer Room Site of Grace. Proceed onwards until you reach a beam to your right you can jump onto. Use this as a starting point to get to the walkway where the Erdtree Avatar is. Run southwards once you reach the walkway.

Before you enter the room ahead of you, jump to the lower ground to the right. Keep descending until you reach the Imp Statue. Use the Stonesword Key on the statue to enter the room. You’ll find Marika’s Soreseal on top of the grail.
