What Are the Battle Arenas For?
The Battle Arenas in Hogwarts Legacy serve no purpose to the game’s story or main progression. They’re simply another facet of the game’s open world you can partake. However, as mentioned previously, these are worth your time because of the XP reward.
Battle Arenas are great places to go to for XP farming. It’s particularly helpful in getting you to level 34, the required level for the post-game The House Cup quest.
You’ll also receive the Rise to the Challenges trophy or achievement for completing two of the three Battle Arenas (the third Battle Arena is a pre-order bonus).
North Ford Bog Battle Arena
The North Ford Bog battle arena is found in the North Ford Bog, the northernmost region of the game. It’s on the eastern corner of the North Ford Bog.

The Feldcroft battle arena is in the southern corner of Feldcroft, southeast of the main town.
Dark Arts Battle Arena
The Dark Arts Battle Arena is a pre-order bonus. You don’t need to see this battle arena through to receive the “Rise to the Challenges” trophy or achievement. It’s unique compared to the other arenas in that you start out with the three Unforgivable Curses, along with Confringo.
The Dark Arts Battle Arena is located at the southernmost tip of the Forbidden Forest region.
