The characters you meet in Persona 5 Royal can have a big impact on your double life. Yuuki Mishima is a huge fan of the Phantom Thieves, starting an official fansite for the vigilante group. While he may be a tad annoying, he can help you get stronger more quickly.

How to Begin the Moon Confidant
Initially appearing quiet and reserved, Mishima is a member of the volleyball team at Shujin Academy. Abused by the coach, Kamoshida, he eventually comes out of his shell after being inspired by the heroic actions of the Phantom Thieves.
You’ll automatically start the Moon Confidant on May 6. Mishima will begin sending Mementos Requests via text message and completing these will allow you to meet him at night to further his Confidant.
During the early portion of the game, Mishima can be found on Shibuya Central Street at night. Once Shinjuku is unlocked, he will move there. He will move to Akihabara once it is available.
Moon Confidant Skills
Spending enough time with Mishima will reward you with bonus abilities that will help you earn more experience as a Phantom Thief.

Maxing out the Moon Confidant will allow you to fuse Sandalphon, the first Persona to learn Angelic Grace, doubling your evasion rate against all magical attacks except Almighty. He is also the only source of the skill Repel Curse.
If you’ve reached max rank on March 19, Mishima will give you Documentary Plans. This will unlock all experience boosts automatically when you establish the Moon Confidant in New Game Plus.
