The dying woman in the Streets of Wakes is looking for her female children. To complete this quest—and get great rewards—you’ll need to find all Daughters in Blasphemous 2. Seek out these five young women to take part in rigorous combat trials.

Location of Daughter #1

The first Daughter is located in the Grilles & Ruin area just above the right-most Prie Dieu. For exact directions, look at the red arrow on the map image below.

After you go left from the Prie Dieu mentioned above into the next screen, you’ll see a balcony on the upper right. To reach it, you need to double jump from the nearest platform.

Once you’re up on this rickety balcony, go into the screen to the right to find a Daughter in her bed.

Location of Daughter #2

Another Daughter is located in the Elevated Temples area—in a room off to the right of the large open area above the Prie Dieu on the far left of this region. From that Prie Dieu, go up, and then ascend the left side of the large open area. Next, go to the right and down.

Once you make it to the bottom right of the big open room, use the far right ladder to get to an exit that leads to the center-right. Take a look at the map image below and follow the red arrow to get here.

The rightward exit that you want to use to find the Daughter in the Elevated Temples is the one immediately below the moving platform.

Location of Daughter #3

There’s a Daughter in the Crown of Towers; however, you can’t reach her until after you’ve gained the ability to break through blue chains. Once you’ve gained this ability, start from the Prie Dieu at the bottom of the Basilica of Absent Faces and go right into the Crown of Towers.

Afterward, head up to the upper left area of this section of the Crown of Towers. There, you’ll see a blue chain up and to the left. Check out the map image below, where we’ve shown the path you should take with a red arrow.

Then proceed leftward into the room beyond to find a Daughter in yet another yellow bed.

Location of Daughter #4

You’ll find the second last Daughter in a room on the far left of the Sunken Cathedral. This one may be more annoying to get to, as the route to it is swarming with enemies.

Despite the hordes in your way, you can reach this Daughter’s location by heading up and to the left from the leftmost Prie Dieu in this area. The map image below outlines the route you can take with a red arrow.

With this, you’ve almost found all the Daughters in Blasphemous 2.

Location of Daughter #5

To discover the final Daughter’s location, you must return to the Basilica of Absent Faces after you obtain the ability to use yellow sparkles that hang in the air. From the Prie Dieu at the top of this area, drop down the tall vertical room on the left, jump across to the tall room a couple of screens to the right, and then head upwards.

You know you’re in the correct spot when you start seeing yellow sparkles. You need to use the rings that they turn into to complete a jumping puzzle. Use said rings and the ability to break through blue chains to reach (and smash) the glass mechanism in the upper right corner. This needs to be done to unlock the gate barring your way into the final Daughter’s room.

As you uncover the locations of all the Daughters in Blasphemous 2, you’ll gain access to unique combat trials. You can test your might through these by interacting with the dying woman in the bottom-right room of the Streets of Wakes. Through these trials, you’ll gain quite a few unique rewards, such as Altarpiece Favours and more.

Before you take on the last few trials, we recommend that you increase your max health a few times. These combat trials are pretty difficult, so prepare yourself, Penitent One.
