Make Your Way to the Divine Bridge
To get to the Isolated Divine Tower, you’ll first need to get to the Divine Bridge in Leyndell.
There are two ways to get to the Divine Bridge. The easier one is to open the chest at the top of the Tower of Return in the Weeping Peninsula. Opening it will automatically transport you to the Divine Tower.
The second way is to get to the Fortified Manor in Leyndell, an area that’s an identical copy of the Roundtable Hold. You can get here by starting from the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace and jumping over the ledge to the west.
Upon entering the Fortified Manor, head to the first closed door to the right and open it. Proceed forward and take the first door to the left to get to the open courtyard. Be careful of the Abductor Virgins here.
You don’t need to defeat these enemies to continue, though. Simply dash on forward to find a lift. Activate it and you’ll surface at the Divine Bridge.
The Divine Bridge Waygate
From the Divine Bridge Site of Grace, proceed forward to the balcony where you’ll find a sleeping golem. To the left, you’ll spot a waygate. Taking this waygate will teleport you right outside the Isolated Divine Tower.
Entering the Isolated Divine Tower
You’ll only be able to enter the Isolated Divine Tower after defeating Malenia. Just like the other divine towers, you can activate the Great Rune when you reach the top of the tower.
Once activated, Malenia’s Great Rune will allow you to recover HP when attacking right after receiving damage. The effect of this Great Rune is very similar to Bloodborne’s Rally mechanic. However, it will also reduce the amount of HP recovered by the Flask of Crimson Tears.
