How to Purchase Plot for Lakeview Manor
To Purchase the plot needed to build Lakeview Manor, you must gain the favor of the Jarl of Falkreath. The Jarl can be either Siddgeir or Dengeir of Stuhn, depending on where you’re at in the Civil War questline. Either way, you’ll need to become the Thane of Falkreath to buy land in the area. This is done by completing specific requests given to you by the Jarl.
Once the quests are completed, and you’ve proven yourself to be a good citizen in Falkreath by helping three other citizens, speak with either Nenya or Tekla. They will offer the land to you for 5,000 gold.
How to Build Lakeview Manor
Once you’ve purchased the plot for Lakeview Manor, you can follow miscellaneous quests that will ultimately lead you through building your manor. You can always get extra materials required, such as Clay, Quarried Stone, and Sawn Logs, from nearby deposits or sawmills.
