Gettinging the Song of Mana
To get the Song of Mana, you’ll first need to unlock a character named Poppea Pecorina.
You can unlock Poppea by finding the coffin in the Dairy Plant. Once found, open the coffin and you’ll release this character.
She’ll then become available for purchase. Her starting value is 1,000 gold.
Getting the Song of Mana’s Passive Item
To evolve a weapon in Vampire Survivors, you’ll need its corresponding passive item. For the Song of Mana, its corresponding passive item is the Skull O’Maniac.
You get this item by reaching a play time of 30 minutes while playing as Lama Ladonna.
If you haven’t unlocked this character yet, you can do so by playing for 20 minutes while having at least a 10% curse active.
Alternatively, you can also pick up the Skull O’Maniac as a field item in the Mad Forest stage. From the starting position, keep heading northwest and you’ll find it.
You can also pick up the Milky Way Map first so you can spot exactly where the Skull O’Maniac is from the menu map.
You can get this at the Dairy Plant. Its location is marked by the green arrow at the bottom of the screen when you enter the stage.
Evolving the Song of Mana
To evolve the Song of Mana, reach the weapon’s max level, level 8, while also having the Skull O’Maniac in your inventory.
Once these conditions are met, you must find and collect a Treasure Chest. Bosses drop these, or the enemies you encounter that are bigger, stronger, and sturdier.
Open the Treasure Chest and you’ll evolve the Song of Mana into the Mannajja.
