Where to Find the NPC That Upgrades Your Rosary
The NPC named Sagrario gives you more Rosary Bead slots in Blasphemous 2—she’s found in the Streets of Wakes area.
To get to the Rosary Upgrade room, start from the Profundo Lamento area and venture to the right to get into the Streets of Wakes region. After entering this zone, keep going right—past the Teleportation room. Just a couple of screens beyond, you’ll find Sagrario in her dimly lit home.

To get back to this area later on, use the Teleportation room to the left of the Rosary Upgrade room. As you hunt down Abandoned Rosary Knots, this method of fast travel makes returning to Sagrario much easier.

How to Get Abandoned Rosary Knot #1
Before you can get the first Abandoned Rosary Knot in Blasphemous 2, you’ll need to get a Forgotten Tribute. To find the first possible Forgotten Tribute, travel through the Profundo Lamento area until you come across an elevator on the left side of this region. Use this elevator to descend into the Sea of Ink area.
Once you’re down there, head to the left to spot an item at the edge of a ledge. This is a Forgotten Tribute. See the image below for its exact location.
Be careful not to get too close to the edge. If you fall off, you’ll take damage. Grab the Forgotten Tribute and then go to the Choir of Thorns area.
When you get to the Choir of Thorns area, head all the way to the left. In the leftmost room, you’ll come across a spooky carriage. Here’s that location on the map image below outlined in red.
Offer the Forgotten Tribute to the carriage driver and they’ll take you to a previously unreachable part of Profundo Lamento. Go to the screen to the right and you’ll find a Prie Dieu and an Abandoned Rosary Knot on the ground. Here’s that location marked on the map image below in red.
Pick up the Abandoned Rosary Knot and you’ll be ready to towards the next one (if you’ve beaten a certain boss).
How to Get Abandoned Rosary Knot #2
You need to head to Regina’s Shop in the City of Blessed Name to buy the next Abandoned Rosary Knot. However, her shop only opens after you beat Orospina, Lady Embroiderer. Once you do, head to the location marked in red on the map image below.
If Orospina has been defeated, the doorway marked with a skull sign above it will be open. Press up to enter Regina’s shop.
Within, Regina sells an Abandoned Rosary Knot (and many more useful items) for 12,000 Tears of Atonement. While a steep price, this quest item is worth it to get more Rosary Bead slots in Blasphemous 2.
